Steps for Your First Custom Order

1.Submit the necessary images for a spare parts price estimate.

• An overall, wide-angle photo of the machine, showing the model and conveyor system.
• A photo of the product, along with its specifications, OEM code, and a design file if it's a custom order (SolidWorks or PDF files).
• A video showing how the product is used and any problems encountered during operation.

2.State the objective of your custom order. (This is crucial for our analysis and design process.)

• For example, is the goal to solve a specific problem, reduce costs, produce an item based on an existing design, or create a new design?

3.Alternatively, you can schedule an on-site data collection appointment with the BTB team.

• You can schedule a convenient date and time after our team has received and evaluated the information from steps 1 and 2.
