Spare Parts Production, Installation, and Commissioning Test Service

 Our service package for conveyor systems includes:

• Spare Parts Service: Spare parts are available for purchase individually or as part of an overhaul kit.
• On-site Condition Check: We provide a free on-site condition check and data collection on the first visit.
• Installation Report: We will send a full installation report via email, including photos and videos, upon project completion.

Your First-Time Production Order Process

1.Submit Necessary Photos: Please send photos required for a parts quotation and on-site team evaluation.

• A wide-angle photo of the overall machine, showing the model and conveyor system.
• Photos of the product with its specifications and OEM codes.
• A video of the product in use and a description of any problems encountered (if available).

2.State Your Objective: Clearly define your purpose for the production order (this will affect our analysis and design).

• For example, is your goal to solve a specific problem, reduce costs, produce a part from an existing design, or have us create a new design?

3.Schedule an On-site Meeting:

• Our BTB team will schedule a visit to collect on-site data after we have successfully evaluated the information from steps 1 and 2.
