Warranty Conditions

Full Machine Replacement: We provide a 24-month warranty on our parts.

Partial Replacement: A 12-month warranty is provided for subsequent part replacements.

Claims: If a part fails within the warranty period under normal operating conditions (and due to a direct defect in the part), we will replace it at no cost. The warranty does not cover issues caused by the machine's condition, electrical systems, or the use of incompatible parts.

The terms and conditions may be subject to change, which we will notify you of with every quotation.

We provide manufacturing services for spare parts based on original designs, specific models, or existing samples.
